We’re thrilled to welcome Alice WS Price to Underwood Scoggins, LLC as an Associate Attorney in our Land Use & Zoning practice group.
Alice joins us with a standout record from Georgia State University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. During law school, she received the Land Use Award for academic excellence and service, and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Land Use Law and Criminal Law. Her research on single-family zoning in suburban communities and her work through the Urban Fellows program reflect a deep commitment to thoughtful growth and equitable policy.
In 2024, Alice was selected for an Urban Transformations Fellowship, collaborating with community partners to address real-world planning challenges. Notably, she supported the Chatham County Office of Sustainability with recommendations related to proposed residential zoning changes, which translates directly to helping our clients navigate rezonings, variances, permitting, and development approvals.
