Alice WS Price joined Underwood Scoggins, LLC as an Associate Attorney in 2025, in the firm’s Land Use and Zoning practice group.
Raised in the suburbs of New York City, Alice attended The George Washington University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Art History. After graduating, she worked as an event management and logistics specialist for locally owned restaurant groups in Portland, Oregon, and Atlanta. While attending law school, Alice gained valuable experience working with a prominent zoning and land use firm in Atlanta.
Alice earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude with a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law. During law school, she received the Land Use Award, presented by the College of Law in recognition of academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to addressing issues concerning the physical and built environment.
She also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Land Use Law and Criminal Law, given to the highest scoring student in each class. In 2023, she participated in the Urban Fellows program, authoring a paper on single-family zoning in the suburbs. In 2024, she was awarded an Urban Transformations Fellowship, which fostered interdisciplinary collaboration with community partners; in that role, she worked with the Chatham County Office of Sustainability on recommendations for proposed residential zoning changes.
In addition to practicing law, Alice enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and daughter. She also enjoys reading, caring for indoor plants, and watching basketball with her family.
