    "Expert Guidance Through a Challenging Case"
    I worked with Jessica Cantrell and she was very understanding, paid special attention to detail, informed me thoroughly of the process. In general it seems quite difficult to collect unpaid rent especially from an office leaser due to comications of the entity not owning much but nonetheless Jessica managed to get an agreement and supported till the end to recover most of the rent from a leaser that was very evasive and a total liar. I am thankful to Jessica for always paying attention, making me feel understood and finally closing this case successfully.
